- We have a 14-day return starting from the date you receive your package.
- Refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note full inspection and processing of returns can take 2-3 weeks.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To initiate a return, you must first contact a Customer Representative at firstname.lastname@example.org with a detailed description of what you want to return plus your order number and we will get back to you with confirmation within 1-2 business day(s).
- Then we send an e-mail with Return Shipping Label and Return Form for self-printing.
- To complete your return, please fill out the included Return Form. If you do not have a Return Form, you can download it here.
- Next, please pack and secure the items properly, affix the Return Shipping Label and attach the Return Form.
