RETURNS

  1. We have a 14-day return starting from the date you receive your package. 
  2. Refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note full inspection and processing of returns can take 2-3 weeks.
  3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  4. To initiate a return, you must first contact a Customer Representative at contact@ronia.com with a detailed description of what you want to return plus your order number and we will get back to you with confirmation within 1-2 business day(s). 
  5. Then we send an e-mail with Return Shipping Label and Return Form for self-printing.
  6. To complete your return, please fill out the included Return Form. If you do not have a Return Form, you can download it here.  
  7. Next, please pack and secure the items properly, affix the Return Shipping Label and attach the Return Form.

  1. Save the shipping receipt and Return Form for your records.
  2. Once your return has been processed, you will automatically receive a notification.
